Don’t judge me. I know I can be lazy sometimes, and I wouldn’t say I like to exercise every day, but I’m hoping for a miracle that will help me lose weight lols without me having to do much. I do, though, exercise three to four times a week, and if Apple Watch is to be believed, I do a minimum of 50 minutes every time. On the days that I don’t, I try to stretch and do some exercises while I’m sitting working.
So, with that in mind, I came across an ad for a slimming treatment (non-surgical) offered by this centre where they promise that the weight will not come back. Whatever they help you take off stays off. I paid a significant amount of money for this, which I was happy to do because of their promises, and we went through the number of sessions I had. I won’t delve into their customer service; that will take a full post, but here is the shocker: it worked while I was doing the sessions, but now the weight keeps increasing no matter what I do.
Maybe I should ask for a refund. If your whole business is based on a promise of something that doesn’t happen, shouldn’t you be held to it? Towards the end, they tried to get me to buy more sessions, but even though my therapist was one of the most kind souls and very professional, I couldn’t do so because I had had enough.
