My stupid bank

I know I wrote previously about how stupid my bank is, and moving my business account to another bank but stupidly enough I kept my personal account with them. That was my mistake, because trust me when I say I hate them sooooooo much right now. I'm so angry you won’t believe it.

So, one of my cards is about to expire and I needed to get a replacement for it so I don’t get stuck with no way to move or operate, I logged into their smart system and requested a replacement card for it. I didn’t touch the other card because it would be the one I'm left with to be able to pay for things. Long and behold, I went to the Saloon to get a few things done, and when time came for payment, I try my working card and its bloody declined. I was so embarrassed I wanted to die cuz you know, no one carries cash no more.

I call the bank and they are like; it doesn’t matter if it’s our fault or yours and despite the fact that their dump system cancelled the second one, they cant do anything for me and I have to wait for the delivery company to wake up and send me my cards. I mean seriously 3 to 5 working days which means it could take up to next Tuesday or Wednesday for me to be able to do anything. For the love of God, if you make a mistake, you should be held accountable and correct it, not shrug your damn shoulders and say not my problem. Big corporations bloody suck big time.
