Late Night Shows

I started watching late-night shows a while back when I stumbled upon The Daily Show with Trevor Noah, but then I started looking around and found the gym that is John Oliver and Jon Stewart. And ever since I stopped watching anyone else lols. This was a discovery of great enjoyment to me.

Don’t get me wrong, there are a lot of good shows out there, but no one has the sense of humour of those two, at least not for me. Ever since I have watched every episode of Jon Stewart on the daily show and have been watching John Oliver every night, it's my bedtime story.

I mostly enjoy the way that they tackle the different issues of daily life and how they address the worries of normal people and the issues they face, and they do it with sarcastic input. It's that dark of humour that I enjoy the best. I was annoyed when Stewart left but then he came back on Apple TV, and one of his best episodes was on the subject of race. As for Oliver, I can't pick a favourite I love them all, but the ones that stand out the most are the ones on Technology. When he goes on sabbatical I wait for his return with new issues and fresh take speaking his mind. If you are ever in a bad mood and enjoy dark humour, then join me in watching these great shows.
