Blue Bloods

I remember when the show first came out, I was a big fan because I like Tom Selleck, but that was many years back. But then during the Eid break I had some free time to kill and decided to revisit shows I like (with the writers’ strike and shows being on hold). But to my surprise I found myself growing angry with the show with each episode.

Every episode is the same, the cops are always right and everyone else is in the wrong. Shoot first and ask questions later. And it’s always a deadly shot, they never learned self-control. It’s a family business, the dad and grandad are the PC’s, the children are cops, and the daughter is the DA. So between them they control what happens to people, and they force everyone to see it their way or get out of the way. What is that all about?

I got so pissed off I couldn’t continue watching. I mean all police shows are similar, the police are always in the right, and they never do wrong. But this one is in your face, the older son just doesn’t care about rules, laws, or anything else, everyone is a bad person just because he thinks so. Seriously!!!!!
