Amazon - WTF

I have just had the shittiest experience with Amazon. They tell you to get Amazon Prime for quality service and on-time delivery. Then, when you order something, they ask you to pay extra for shipping, and you do that happily cuz you want your stuff. And you don’t get anything on time, or a good service.

I arrived in Saudi on Sunday the 3rd and decided to get some books to pass the downtime when I'm not busy so I placed an order on the 4th. I paid extra for shipping (not a small fee) to get it on time, you know, trying to be smart to get my items when I want them. Little did I know that this didn’t mean shit. I was supposed to get the items on the 7th of October, and today is the 10th of October, and there is still no sign of when the courier will wake up and decide that, hey, there was an order that I was supposed to blood deliver that is still sitting in my truck.

The reason I’m so pissed off at them is that despite everything that has happened and my follow-ups and talking to their customer rep, all I got was we would escalate. So, after three escalation times, I have decided to cut off Amazon. What pissed the bejesus out of me is they keep telling me that the supplier is trying to reach me but is unable to. Then how is the rest of the universe contacting me?? Telepathy? Psychics? If you are a customer-based service and your supplier fucks up, how come the supplier's feelings are more important than providing the service you are supposed to be providing????

I know I'm one customer, and it doesn’t matter to them if I'm a user, but I pledge to turn all my friends from Amazon users to Noon users. I'm so pissed off you won't believe it.
